Lonely

Wave of the sea
That is little me
Cool breeze, she
Is dear friend
When we play
Even lonely moon
Becomes jealous

Invite her do we
Play along with us
Then stars envy
Make a new fuss
Night flies quickly
Convince all to play
But white moon
Just walks away

We're left alone
The game has ended
Which never began!!

I love the idea of the moon, stars, and waves all being playmates. A very clever take on this prompt! Lovely poem.
